Functional Fitness Classes

Our classes are designed to deliver real results, no matter your starting point. Whether you’re completely new to training or already experienced, all of our classes are inclusive, adaptable, and expertly coached to meet you where you’re at.

Each class has its own focus, giving you the option to train in a way that suits your goals. Strength Flow is built around controlled strength work, helping you develop solid movement patterns and build a strong foundation. Breathe focuses on slower-paced, controlled sessions that prioritise recovery, mobility, and connection to your body. Aeropump brings a higher-energy approach, combining resistance training with conditioning to improve both strength and endurance.

For those looking to push performance, HYROX sessions are designed to challenge both physically and mentally, combining functional movements with endurance-based training. If you’re just starting out, Beginner Fit provides the perfect entry point—helping you build confidence, learn the basics, and develop consistency in a supportive setting.
